After payment, you will receive access to download your files.

4. Refunds & Cancellations (Digital Products)

All products sold on AutismHelp.ie are digital downloads.

Once a digital file has been made available for download, the sale is final and non-refundable.

This is because digital products cannot be returned, and access cannot be revoked once delivered.

By completing a purchase, you:

• Acknowledge that you are buying a digital product

• Agree that your right to cancel is waived once the download is provided

Refunds will not be given for:

• Accidental purchases

• Downloading the wrong product

• Change of mind

• Not liking the design or format

• Printing or compatibility issues

The only exception is if the file itself is technically faulty (for example, it will not open or is corrupted).

In that case, we will provide a replacement file, not a refund.
