"Visual schedules are powerful printable tools for autistic children and families. These visual supports — including morning routines, bedtime routines, and first-then boards — help build structure, reduce anxiety, and support independence in everyday life."

We have some very exciting news —

our Visual Schedules are now officially live in our brand-new AutismHelp.ie store!

You can now download:

  • Morning routines

  • Bedtime routines

  • First & Then boards

All available in 8 beautiful themes so you can choose one that fits your child’s interests and personality.

To celebrate, we’re offering a FREE neutral First & Then board with visual cards that you can download right now.
These free visual cards also work with all of our themed schedules if you decide to upgrade later.

Why We Created These Visual Schedules for Autistic Children

These visual schedules have helped us — and still help us — every single day.

When Emily was younger, staying on track, following steps, and building independence was incredibly hard.
Visuals made all the difference.

They helped her:

  • Understand what was happening next

  • Stay focused

  • Complete tasks independently

  • Feel calmer and more in control

We’re now using them again as we work on life skills and independence, and we’ll be sharing that journey here too.

Why Our Visual Schedules Are Digital Downloads

All of our products are digital downloads that you can:

  • Print

  • Laminate

  • Add Velcro dots to

  • Use again and again

I chose this for a very important reason.

If I sold physical products, all of my time would be spent printing, laminating and posting — which would mean:

  • Higher prices

  • Less flexibility

  • No personalisation

By offering downloads instead, I can:

  • Keep prices affordable

  • Offer personalised versions (coming soon)

  • Let parents use their own photos if they want

That way, more families can access the support they need.

What You Need to Use Printable Visual Schedules

You don’t need anything complicated:

  • A printer
I love Canon printers — you can find similar to the one I use above ( its the same series)

  • A laminator
Any laminator works, and once you use one once, you’ll wonder why you ever avoided it!

  • Velcro dots

With these three things, you can create:

  • Visual schedules

  • Token boards

  • Routine cards

  • Choice boards

  • And so much more for your child

Making them yourself? That’s okay tooπŸ’›

Not everyone wants to buy — and that’s okay.

I’ll also be sharing a step-by-step “How to make your own visual supports” blog so parents can create their own using just a printer and laminator.

This space is about helping families — not pressure.

What else is coming?

Many of you know I’ve also been working on something big — an app.

The base version will be free, and it’s designed to help:

  • Take the thinking out of daily life

  • Support independence

  • Make routines easier for families

Our AutismHelp.ie visuals will work with or without the app, so parents can build skills at the right time, in the right way — even if they don’t know where to start yet.

I’d love your feedback πŸ’¬

What do you think of the themes?
What would your child choose?
